Tällä viikolla löysin aivan ihanan blogin. Underground New York Public Library on blogi, jota pitää taiteilija ja valokuvaaja Ourit Ben-Haim.

Siksi.

This week I found a blog I really love. Underground New York Public Library is a blog kept by Ourit Ben-Haim, an artist and a photographer. She shoots people reading in New York subway and then posts the pics with the name of the book. The pics form a visual library where you can find something to read yourself.

Why do I love it? Well, I like seeing those people diving into the story they are reading. Their bodies might be in the subway, but their minds are totally somewhere else. And telling from their faces, that somewhere else is usually a nice place. That's what good books do to us, and it's amazing. And I love seeing that little miracle in a photograph after another. That's why.
